What's the minimum order?

One piece. Mixed orders are fine — you can combine different part numbers in a single shipment.

Are these genuine parts?

No. They are aftermarket parts built to OE specification. We say so plainly because we are not an authorised dealer for Mercedes-Benz, BMW or any vehicle manufacturer. That distinction matters if you are quoting your own customer.

How do I know it fits my car?

Match the part number against the original unit, or check the fitment list on each product page. If neither is available, send us your VIN and we will confirm before you pay.

Do you publish prices?

No. Price depends on quantity, destination and freight method. Ask us and you'll receive a firm quote with lead time attached, usually within 4 business hours.

How long does delivery take?

Stocked items dispatch in 3–7 working days. Transit time depends on the destination and shipping method — we quote both options so you can choose.

Can I get a sample first?

Yes. The minimum order is one piece, so you can order a single unit to check the fit before committing to anything larger.

What warranty do you offer?

Twelve months against manufacturing defects, starting from the delivery date.

What if the part doesn't fit?

Contact us with your order reference. If we sent the wrong part, return shipping is on us.

We ship worldwide. Ask us for the freight options currently available to your destination — some routes change with carrier capacity.

Can you supply parts not listed on this site?

Often yes. Send us the part number — sourcing requests are how most of this catalogue started.

Why do you ask for the chassis code?

Because the same model name covers several generations with different parts. A C-Class built in 2007 and one built in 2016 share a name and little else. The chassis code removes the guesswork.
